On February 1, 2024, Professor Roger Tipton visited Dr. Caitlyn Clarkson at Oak Ridge National Lab’s Manufacturing Demonstration Facility to discuss sustainable biocomposite materials. Dr. Clarkson is an associate staff scientist in the Sustainable Manufacturing Technologies Group at ORNL’s Manufacturing Demonstration Facility. The Sustainable Manufacturing Technologies Group focuses on the development of sustainable material feedstocks and the integration of these materials into advanced manufacturing processes.
I was so impressed by the people and facilities at ORNL. My visit was amazing and I would like to thank the ORNL team for taking time out to meet with me and the opportunity to learn more about the great work they are doing!
