MEGR2141: Engineering Mechanics I, Statics

Engineering Mechanics I: Statics is the initial and foundational course in the Engineering Mechanics curriculum. This course focuses on the calculation of equilibrium of forces on physical bodies. An important skill developed in this course is understanding a stated problem and following a logical sequence of steps to calculate the solution of the problem.

To help in developing this skill we will use the Engineering Calculation Sheet for all homework assignments, all quizes and all exams submitted for credit in MEGR2141.There is a Centroid Calculation Sheet that may be used for centroid calculations.
