Next-Generation Printing Platforms

At LAMBDA, we are developing novel printing platforms that extend the frontiers of additive manufacturing. Our work explores dual-wavelength photopolymerization for voxel-level control of curing, magnetorheological-assisted direct ink writing for field-directed material alignment, and hybrid approaches that combine light, magnetic, and chemical interactions to achieve unprecedented precision. These innovations provide scalable and versatile manufacturing strategies for producing complex polymer–composite architectures and advanced bio-inspired structures, laying the foundation for the next generation of functional devices.
