- Surface passivation of electron devices
- III-V light emitting diodes for solid-state lighting

- Low-cost contact to lowly doped emitters for high-efficiency Si solar cells.
- An alternative to Ag paste for lowly doped emitter for high-efficiency Si solar cells.
- Understanding the impact of conducting glass layer at the Si/gridline interface.
