Research Topic: Loss Estimation and Outage Prediction in Distribution Systems
Dominik joined the Power Delivery Innovation Group in April 2017 for an internship from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in Germany.
He received his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from KIT and is now a graduate student in electrical engineering. He previously worked as a student trainee at Schaeffler in Karlsruhe, where he assisted in the operation of a test bench and in measurement routines for electrical drives.
Research Interests:
- Loss estimation and outage prediction in distribution systems using smart grid data
