Recommendations
I am available to write recommendations for my students and advisees. Before I can write you a recommendation, however, I need you to fill-out and sign the Recommendation/Evaluation Authorization and Waiver Form that is available from UNC Charlotte’s Office of Legal Affairs. (download it now).
