Dr. Carlos E. Orozco currently works in the Department of Engineering Technology and Construction Management of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Dr. Orozco has more than 30 years of teaching experience at the University level. Dr. Orozco’s research interests are in the areas of Civil, Mechanical, and Aerospace Engineering including reinforced concrete, mechanics of composite materials, finite element analysis, scientific computing, and optimization.
